Meet Our Tutors

A wonderful team of passionate, caring and experienced educators.

Tiarna

Hi, my name is Tiarna and I am a qualified primary school teacher who trained in Cardiff before teaching in Wales for two years and England for three years. I have taught across a wide range of primary school year groups and recently moved back to Ireland. I really enjoy tutoring because it gives children the chance to receive more individual support in a relaxed and encouraging environment. I love building positive relationships with the children I work with and helping them grow in confidence while making learning enjoyable and engaging.

Amy

Hi, my name is Amy. I have been a qualified teacher for the past two years after completing my teacher training at the University of Cumbria. Last year, I worked as a Primary One teacher, which gave me valuable insight into how much I enjoy working with younger children. I love the practical and creative side of learning and finding different ways to help children grow in confidence and enjoy their education. This year, I have been working as a substitute teacher, which has allowed me to gain experience across all year groups and develop a flexible approach to teaching. In my sessions, I aim to create fun, engaging, and practical learning experiences that encourage confidence, curiosity, and a positive attitude towards learning.

Ellen L

Hi, my name is Ellen, I completed my PGCE at Edge Hill University and have over five years of experience teaching in primary schools across a range of year groups. I am passionate about creating engaging, supportive learning environments that help children build confidence and achieve their full potential. I particularly enjoy one-to-one tutoring because it allows me to tailor lessons to each pupil’s individual needs, build strong relationships, and see their confidence and understanding grow at their own pace.

Kymberleigh

Hi, my name is Kymberleigh! I completed my primary teaching degree at Stranmillis University College and later gained my Master’s degree from Queen’s University Belfast. Throughout both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I worked as a tutor supporting primary pupils and secondary GCSE English students. I am passionate about helping children to grow in confidence and reach their full potential through personalised support. I particularly enjoy one-to-one tutoring as it allows me to build positive relationships with students and tailor lessons to suit their individual learning needs.

Kenzie

Hi, my name is Kenzie, a Liverpool‑trained teacher with around 10 years experience working with children from two right up through primary. I love working 1‑1 and finding fun, creative ways to help tricky concepts make sense. I’m currently a substitute teacher across nursery and primary, bringing lots of patience, fun and positivity wherever I go!

Kelly

Hi, my name is Kelly! I’m a qualified primary school teacher with a specialism in SEN. I graduated from University of Cumbria and then came back to Ireland to work. I have experience across both KS1 and KS2 and have lots of experience supporting children with a range of additional needs. I love making learning fun, engaging, and confidence-building by using creative and multisensory activities tailored to each child’s individual learning style. My aim is to create lessons working at the child’s pace ensuring they feel supported, confident and happy.
